Także w tym roku znakomici autorzy konkursowych prac „odlecieli” używając do tego wyrafinowanych technik fotografii cyfrowej i nauk pomocniczych. Co z tego wynikło – proszę spojrzeć na stronę 54. – tam nasi Czytelnicy znajdą inspirację do własnych działań twórczych, albo utwierdzą się w przekonaniu, że obrali słuszną drogę. Warto zwrócić uwagę na fakt, że konkurs jest międzynarodowy, objęty patronatem światowej organizacji FIAP, a „Fotografia Cyfrowa” dołożyła do niego swoje trzy grosze, fundując nagrody specjalne trójce autorów, z których dwoje jest dobrze znanych naszym Czytelnikom. Anna Bodnar i Jacek Szczerbaniewicz wielokrotnie gościli na naszych łamach jako autorzy prac konkursowych lub portfolio. Serdecznie gratulujemy wszystkim nagrodzonym.
Nie samą fotografią jednak FC stoi, spokojnie, o najnowszym sprzęcie też się coś znajdzie. Niedawna premiera Nikona D3S, testy Canona i FinePix, a przede wszystkim – nowość. Od dawna oczekiwane lekcje jednego niewielu bezpłatnych, ale dobrych edytorów graficznych GIMPa. Gdy zapytać fotoamatora, czym poprawia swoje zdjęcia zwykle pada odpowiedź no jakże to: w Photoshopie. O pochodzenie flagowego programu firmy Adobe lepiej nie pytać. A przecież jest aplikacja, znana i rozwijana od lat, która z powodzeniem większości fotoamatorów zupełnie wystarczy.
