Zamierzeniem organizacyjnym jest pokazanie całego przekroju fotografii, m. in. artystycznej, reportażowej, portretowej, ochrony środowiska, reklamowej, pejzażowej, sportowej, prasowej i komputerowej.

REGULAMIN
1. Do udziału zaprasza się wszystkich fotografujących.
2. Każdy autor może nadesłać do 5 zdjęć, oraz 1 zestaw wielo zdjęciowy do 5 zdjęć.
3. Format do 30 x40 cm dla zdjęć czarno-białych i barwnych
4. Technika zdjęć dowolna. Zdjęcia nie mogą być oprawione.
5. Do przesyłki należy dołączyć czytelnie wypełnioną i podpisaną kartę zgłoszenia.
6. Każde zdjęcie prosimy na odwrocie czytelnie opisać podając numer zdjęcia zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia, tytuł pracy, imię i nazwisko oraz adres autora.
7. Oceny zdjęć dokona jury powołane przez organizatorów, typując zdjęcia do wystawy, przyzna też nagrody i wyróżnienia. Werdykt jury będzie ostateczny i nie będzie mógł być kwestionowany. Jury ma prawo nie przyznać którejś z nagród.
8. Organizatorzy i sponsorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do nieodpłatnego reprodukowania zdjęć do celów reklamowych w prasie, TV, katalogu wystawy, plakatach i innych wydawnictwach promujących Przegląd i wydawnictwach własnych.
9. Organizatorzy traktować będą zdjęcia z największą starannością, jednak nie biorą odpowiedzialności za ich zaginięcie w transporcie pocztowym i podczas ekspozycji.
10. Każdy autor zgłaszający zdjęcie do Przeglądu zostanie powiadomiony o werdykcie jury, otrzyma katalog i zaproszenie na wernisaż.
11. Opłatę za udział w wysokości 30 zł należy wpłacić na konto:
12. Zdjęcia wraz z kartą zgłoszenia oraz kserokopią wpłaty należy przesłać na adres:

13. Zdjęcia, których udział w Przeglądzie nie będzie opłacony, nie będą przedstawione pod obrady jury i nie będą odsyłane.
14. Nadesłanie zdjęć na Przegląd jest jednoznaczne z uznaniem regulaminu. Ostateczną instancją decydującą o interpretacji regulaminu są organizatorzy Przeglądu.
